The OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card is applied for on ociservices.gov.in and requires a square 2 × 2 in (51 × 51 mm) photo with a plain light background, the full face centred and a head height of 1 to 1⅜ in. In the online application it is uploaded as a JPEG of up to 200 KB.
