It is the entity responsible for providing the services, for the contractual relationship with the user and for charging through the payment provider.

Responsibility for the services, the contract and the charge lies exclusively with Zemobile LLC.
2. Purpose
The Website offers an online service that, using artificial intelligence, helps the user obtain photographs that comply with the official requirements for identity documents, passports and visas of various countries, based on an image that the user takes or provides, and to download them together with a print template.
3. Conditions of access and use
Access to the Website is free, save for the cost of the user's own connection. Certain services require registration and/or payment and are governed by the Terms and Conditions. The user undertakes to make lawful use of the Website and to refrain from introducing harmful software, accessing or manipulating data or systems without authorisation, or reproducing the content without permission.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, texts, trade marks and other content of the Website (excluding the images provided by the user) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The user retains ownership of the photographs they provide.
5. Liability and links
Imagokit is not an official body and is not affiliated with any government or document-issuing authority, and does not guarantee that photographs will be accepted by such authorities beyond what is set out in the Terms and Conditions. The Company is not liable for the content of linked third-party sites, nor for any damage arising from the use of the information or from the unavailability of the Website due to technical causes or force majeure.
6. Independence and third-party trade marks
Imagokit operates independently and has no relationship, affiliation or endorsement with the authorities, bodies or brands mentioned on the Website, whose names and logos are used for descriptive purposes only.
7. Data protection and applicable law
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights afforded to consumers in their country of residence.
