A Singapore entry visa has two channels. For SAVE, the verified requirement is a 400 × 514 px JPEG under 60 KB. If you file Form 14A at a mission, you hand in a 35 × 45 mm printed copy on matte or semi-matte paper. ICA’s general rules apply to both: a new colour photo, unaltered beyond resizing.
