Verified official information
Nepal takes the ePassport photograph during live enrolment at the Enrollment Centre. An ordinary applicant does not bring a pre-prepared 35 Γ 45 mm copy.
We adjust the size and framing to the document's exact format without replacing the background or altering your appearance.

After online pre-enrolment, the applicant attends with the printed form and originals; the officer verifies details, takes the photo and collects the signature. Only some children under five who cannot remain still need a supplied image.
Check every detail before signing after capture because a later correction may require cancellation and repetition. For a young child, confirm in advance whether a photo must be brought.
You don't need to memorize measurements or biometric rules. Imagokit applies this document's official setup and checks the result before delivery.

Take the photo from at least 40 cm (16 in) away from your face. Ideally, have someone else take it for you.

Face a light source, such as an open window, and use the required real background from the start. We will not replace or retouch it.
