What the photo must comply with
- Face the camera. Head straight and eyes looking directly at the camera, no tilting.
- Neutral expression. Mouth closed, no smiling.
- Even lighting. No shadows on the face or background, no glare.
- Glasses. Glasses are allowed if there is no glare and the eyes are fully visible.
- Hats and caps. Head uncovered; religious garments that do not cover the face are allowed.
