What to know about Indonesia passport photo
In Indonesia, M-Paspor handles registration, document upload and appointment booking, but the passport photograph is taken at the Immigration Office with the other biometric data.
From everyday portrait to compliant result: Indonesia passport photo
We adjust the size and framing to the document's exact format without replacing the background or altering your appearance.
How it is actually submitted
After registration and payment, the applicant attends the selected office for document checks, interview, photograph and fingerprints. A user-uploaded photo does not replace this session.
How to prepare
Attend in neat clothing and avoid white garments because the capture background is white. Keep hair away from the eyes and ears so the face is fully identifiable.
Common rejection reasons
- Confusing M-Paspor document upload with biometric photo upload
- Not attending the in-person interview and capture
- Hair covering the eyes or ears
- White clothing reducing contrast against the background
We check the requirements for you
You don't need to memorize measurements or biometric rules. Imagokit applies this document's official setup and checks the result before delivery.
